Hydraulic cylinders: extra options available on request
Beyond the standard features of the COL (70 bar) and COP (210 bar) series, a few additional construction options are available on request: travel speed above 30 m/min, chrome-plated tube and seals for extreme temperatures or for use with phosphate ester fluids. They allow the cylinder to be adapted to particular operating conditions without leaving the standard range.
Travel speed above standard
Standard speed is 30 m/min; higher speeds are available on request, useful for faster work cycles.
Chrome-plated tube
A chrome-plated tube is available on request, for greater resistance to wear on the cylinder's inner surface.
Seals for particular conditions
Beyond the standard Merkel/Polypac/P.R.P. seals, seals for extreme temperatures or for compatibility with phosphate ester fluids (special hydraulic fluids) are available on request. For standard seal types and their temperature range, see the dedicated article.
